On 22nd January, we celebrate the feast of Blessed Laura Vicuña, who is the patron of abuse victims. She was born in Chile in 1891, and died on 22nd January, 1904. The new Devereux resource base for pupils with Autism and mental health needs, the first of its kind in Wandsworth, was formally opened on 15th January 2019, by Mrs Maureen Devereux, pictured above with Headteacher Paul Dunne.

The Fairtrade Stall at Salesian School Chertsey's Christmas Shopping Evening last month raised £150, to go to a Fairtrade cause. The charity chosen was Shared Interest, an ethical investment organisation.
