Congratulations to two students from St John Bosco College Battersea, who were presented with awards at Wandsworth Council's Outstanding Youth Awards ceremony on Wednesday 30th April.

Conor was given a commendation, and Shannon received the Rotary Award for Community Service. The are pictured with the Mayor.

Province Chapter 2019 opens

Members of the Province of St Thomas of Canterbury gathered on Tuesday 23rd April for the Province Chapter, held at the Royal Foundation of St Katharine at Limehouse, London.  The gathering opened with a time of prayer, reflection and adoration.

Work begins on Thornleigh chapel

This week, essential work to renovate Thornleigh chapel began.

The chapel, built in the 1950s, is used for school and youth ministry events, and has been the venue for several ordinations. It will be out of use for several months, which new heating and electrical systems are installed, and other restoration work and minor alterations are carried out, to bring the building up to date.
