Salesian Chertsey spend a day at Calais refugee operation

Fr Kevin O'Donnell SDB describes a recent visit to Calais, to help in a warehouse storing supplies for refugees.
On Saturday 11th November, nine of us from Salesian Chertsey went to Calais to help out in the huge warehouse there which supplies basic materials to the many hundreds of refugees still encamped around Calais to stop them dying of the cold or hunger.

New altar servers get their skates on in Bootle

New altar servers at St James' parish, Bootle near Liverpool, were welcomed to the team recently when they had their first training session.
