On Sunday 5th May, the community at Savio House invited parishioners up to Savio House to celebrate the feast of St Dominic Savio.

The sun was shining on those that were able to make it so the parishioners enjoyed their lunch in the sunshine, and the young people could enjoy the games outside too.

The day was also attended by the Mayor of Bollington, Helen Ellwood. This was Helen's last official engagement before she leaves the role in the next few weeks.

On the Monday the community went to support the local football team, Macclesfield FC play Marine to secure promotion to the National League North. Sadly, Marine beat Macclesfield 2-1, ending their promotion chances for this season.
