Thornleigh's Young Leaders raising funds for clean water

Students from Thornleigh Salesian College's CAFOD Young Leaders group are working with CAFOD to combat the issue of water poverty and poor sanitation across the globe. They have set a fundraising target of £1000, and have created two charity activities so far, to help them meet it.
The group has arranged a charity football tournament and a walk, and with your help, they can achieve their target and bring the safe water and sanitation most of us can take for granted to more people across the world.
If you can, please donate to their activities on their JustGiving pages:
5 gallons for 5 miles Charity Walk
You can also help them raise awareness of the important work they are doing by following them on Twitter, and retweeting their activities, as well as giving them some encouraging comments: CAFOD Young Leaders Thornleigh @CafodT
And of course, please pray for the Young Leaders and for all those in our schools who are working for a just world: their compassion and action gives us all hope for the future, and they are a credit to their schools, the Salesian Family and their own families.
