Don Bosco Green Alliance, the international Salesian movement of young people seeking positive action to protect our global environment, is hosting an online TEDx event on 11 October 2020 at 10:30am UK time (3pm IST) as part of the global 'Countdown' initiative being launched on 10 October.

'Countdown' aims to promote and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis, turning ideas into action, to create a world that is safer, cleaner and fairer for everyone. The Don Bosco Green Alliance team will be hosting their own Countdown event, tailored to a Salesian context and audience.

The event will be held via Zoom, and individuals and organisations from the Salesian Family worldwide are invited to register to take part.

The TEDx experience will consist of a mix of curated content from the global presentations, and live / pre-recorded discussions with speakers from the Salesian world, followed by spaces for discussion.

The event is free, but you you will need to register in advance, and there are limited slots available.
