Br Martin Paul Pushparaj SDB sends news from Battersea about Brs Joseph Tran and Gregory Echegwo SDB.

On Monday 15th of June Joe and Greg by the grace of God and the help of Mary Help of Christians took a great step of faith in receiving the ministry of Acolyte, a step closer to diaconate and to priesthood.

The celebration took a wonderful and humble form in the presence of the community; Fr Tom celebrated the Holy Eucharist and Fr David presented the candidates to the ministry in the presence of the faithful congregation and in the witness of other brother Salesians, which made the occasion so beautiful.

As they march forward to the ministry and in the service of its Catholic Church in a Salesian way, let us pray for them and wish them very hearty congratulations.
