Br Michael Winstanley SDB celebrated a rather special birthday last weekend at Savio House, where he has become something of a legend in his many years of service, held in great affection for his Salesian spirit, friendliness and sense of humour.

The Mass and festivities attracted quite a crowd who wanted to wish Br Michael all the best, and included volunteers from many years ago - at least one from the 1980s - who also enjoyed meeting the current team of young adults.
