Fr Andrew Ebrahim SDB updates us on the start of the new academic year at St John Bosco College (SJBC) Battersea

SJBC has a new Head of Music who has managed to get our new Year 7s singing! The photo above shows him preparing them to sing for Holy Mass through a whole range of techniques such as learning how to control their breathing and recognising the different tones in their voices.

Fr Saju presided at the Holy Mass to welcome the Year 7s and came up with a most unusual way of including every pupil to participate in the bidding prayers. Fr Gerry, our parish priest, delivered one of his usual stonking homilies that had students hanging on his every word.

We wish all our Year 7 students and new staff well as they start a new chapter in their lives at SJBC.
