On Friday 12th January 2018, Salesian School Chertsey dedicated and blessed its new Devereux building in memory of Sean Devereux, who was a former PE teacher at Salesian. Sean was killed while working for the UN in Somalia 25 years ago this month.
Fr John Dickson SDB, Chair of Governors, said: "Our new 12 classroom building allows us to accommodate the growing numbers of students attending our school.
This year we will be able to accept 270 new students into the school, thanks to the continued outstanding Salesian and Catholic education offered to our students by Mr James Kibble and all the staff."
