The spirituality of St Francis de Sales was the theme for the meeting of brothers in formation, which took place at Battersea recently. This was the first of three gatherings for brothers in initial formation 2017-18.

Accompanied by Fr Martin Poulson SDB, the Province Formation Delegate, Fr Hugh Preston SDB and Fr Tom Williams SDB, the Rector, the brothers gathered at the British Province's house of formation, Salesian House Battersea, from Sunday 22nd - Wednesday 25th October 2017.

The gathering was attended by Brs Joseph Tran SDB, Gregory Echegwo SDB, Dawid Jakubiak SDB, Mateusz Papierz SDB, Mirek Kosiec SDB and Ste Lloyd SDB.

NB: An earlier version of this article stated that Fr Francis Preston was present. Sorry for the confusion - Fr Francis is, of course, still in Africa, and it was Fr Hugh Preston who attended and is pictured above!
