This weekend is a joyful one for the Salesians in Britain, as they gather for the priestly ordination of Br Kevin O'Donnell SDB. 

The Mass will take place at 2.30 pm on Saturday 17th June 2017, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Canberra Drive, East Kilbride.

Kevin was ordained to the Diaconate last August - he is pictured above on that occasion with the Archbishop of Southwark, the Most Reverend Peter Smith, and Fr Martin Coyle SDB. After his novitiate in Pinerolo, Kevin served as Chaplain to Thornleigh College, Bolton, and is now based in Battersea, where he has ministered as Deacon at Sacred Heart.
