July is month of festivals, fun and (hopefully) sun. Just in case it rains, you can keep the young people in your life occupied by taking a look at our selection of children's books, including some activity books. Or treat yourself to a good read while relaxing in the sun.

Bi-Centenary Expo at Westminster Youth Ministry

On Sunday 19th April, the Bi-Centenary Expo visited Westminster Youth Ministry.

The 'Vision of Life' exhibition, RISE:Theatre and the Provincial, Fr Martin Coyle SDB, all went to the Centre for Youth Ministry to share the Salesian Mission with people in Westminster.

The Exhibition began with the RISE:Theatre performance of "Don Bosco: 'A Magic Saint'" which was brilliant and enjoyed by all that attended.

Following the performance, there was time to have a cup of tea/coffee and have a more deeper look at the 'Vision of Life' Exhibition. It also allowed the attendees to talk and discuss the RISE:Theatre performance.

To end the Expo experience in Westminster, there was a Q & A session with the Provincial, Fr Martin Coyle SDB, about the past, present and future activities of the Province's mission in Great Britain, before the day was closed with a prayer.

The whole event was fantastic and we must thank Westminster Youth Ministry and the SPEC volunteers for being very accommodating, welcoming and helpful throughout the day.
