On 8th September 2012 Br Sebastian Marcisz of the Warsaw Province renewed his vows in the chapel at St Joseph's Bolton, in the presence of Fr Martin Coyle, Provincial of the GBR Province.

At the renewal his witnesses were Fr Charles Garrick and Fr Mariusz Skawinski, a member of Sebastian's Province, who is currently Chaplain to a Community of Brothers of Charity at Lisieux Hall, Chorley.

Br Sebastian is working at Thornleigh Salesian College Bolton as part of his training. With him for the year is Br Lukasz Torbicki of the Krakow Province. Br Jaroslaw Budny of the Pila Province is based in Salesian School Chertsey.

The Feast of Our Lady's Birthday on 8th September is the traditional day for religious professions in many parts of the Salesian world.
