The prayers are designed to be used during the day in large groups, small groups or individually. The swatch can be given to an individual to choose an prayer, or the leader may select an appropriate prayer for that day.

The first half of the swatch opens up activities and reflections that lead from life experience into prayer, and the other half opens up thirty ways of praying with the body.

An accessible prayer resource for young people of secondary age to use alone, and a valuable tool for supporting prayer with groups of young people, in schools and youth groups, and within the family.
